Since its foundation, Manage Design Engineer has gone on to secure and successfully complete hundreds of residential, industrial and commercial subdivision projects and have been involved in the delivery of major infrastructure projects worth billions of dollars.
With extensive backgrounds as civil engineers and project managers in civil design, surveying and construction, directors Andrew Smith and Troy Ryden joined forces in 2014 to form a consultancy dedicated to solving a glaring industry issue – poor design resulting from lack of consideration for site conditions and construction processes.

Andrew provides Development Management and Engineering solutions to MDE clients as a Civil Engineer with industry recognized RPEQ & RPEng Qualifications. Andrew has 17 years experience working on large complex land subdivision and Infrastructure projects through QLD & NSW.

Chris is a Senior Project & Construction Manager with over 20 years of experience, as a Qualified Surveyor Chris has worked on a diverse range of challenging construction projects in Australia, United Kingdom and South America from large motorways, airports, solar farms, trunk sewer & water and land development projects.
