Arcadia Park Ridge is a 74 lot residential estate located in one of Greater Brisbane’s high growth areas. MDE have worked with Favero Property Corp over the past six years to successfully deliver over 200 residential allotments across a number of estates throughout South East Queensland and New South Wales.
The Developer is also a home builder and so a main focus of each project has been to deliver a residential subdivision with the final built product in mind. This requires attention to detail and timely delivery of each site to ensure the construction of houses on developed lots does not encounter delays and additional costs.
MDE provides due diligence reporting and budgeting, project management from concept design right through to titling of lots, development management, construction supervision, contract administration and construction Superintendence in the delivery of projects for Favero Property Corp.
